How Does a PERS Work?
- When you need help, just press your button.
- Your information is sent to the emergency response center. An emergency response operator connects you through the speaker on your device and decides on the proper action.
- The operator sends the appropriate responder based on your needs – emergency services, caregiver, family member or neighbor.
